It’s never been easier to learn anything. We have all kinds of tools at our disposal. The world continues to become smaller, and you can reach out to people you want to learn something from or exchange ideas with them. All it now takes is a ‘prompt’ apparently, to get something done, or to do something, or learn anything new. At the same time, it’s never been easier to get distracted.
While day-to-day life will continue to come in the way, so will our screen time, where shitposting tweets posts, viral reels, and listicle threads continue to mess up our productivity. I have lost count of how many times I got my phone out and ended up spending 10 minutes doing everything else while forgetting about why I took my phone out in the first place.
Even better, I wrote a draft of the newsletter a couple of weeks back. I was halfway through, but I left it. When I came back to it, the draft was already stale. It would’ve made sense to post it a couple of weeks back when I had started writing it.
And just like that, there were so many things I wanted to create, write, share, but with time they became outdated. Today, the world is changing by the day. What was new today may be old tomorrow.
Thus, a lesson learnt - never wait. If something strikes us at the moment, it’s best to get it out of the way then and there. Because if we won’t, someone else will.
Trippin - An ecosystem that empowers people to travel more consciously. Curated guides for cities by locals
Raw Materials - Just a nice agency website.
Airline Boarding Music - Another great WITI article that talks about boarding music and it’s role as part of airline’s brand
Passport Index - A cool website if you’re into passports. Explore passport designs, browse by visa-free score, colour, or country and discover how they rank.
Klack - Completely unnecessary Mac app that generates sounds of clicking a mechanical keyboard with every keystroke. What’s interesting is that you can test the sounds on their landing page.
